## **The Core will perform the following for your starting material:**



 

##  Pre-Prep QC - completed within 1 week 

1. Quantify starting material
2. TapeStation on RNA samples, RIN is required 
    1. Optional for DNA - suggested for degraded samples



 

##  Library Prep & Post-Prep QC - completed within 3 weeks 

1. Normalize input
2. Perform library preparation
3. Quantify final libraries
4. Check library quality on TapeStation
5. Pool libraries based on TapeStation



 

##  Sequence & Data Delivery 

1. Pre-Sequencing QC of pool (Kapa qPCR & TapeStation)
2. Sequence pool 
    1. Turnaround times:
        1. Single lanes: typically within 2-4 weeks as it is dependent on the queue
        2. Full flow cells: within 2 weeks
3. Demultiplexed data received via link in your request from our Sequencing Team
