Sample Submission

Below are the volumes needed for sample submission depending on which services you request. If you must submit samples in a volume or concentration that differs from what is listed below, please contact us.

Sequencing

  • Place clearly labeled samples in a small zip-top bag with completed submission slip.

  • Enter samples into paper log.

  • Place bag into "drop off" box in under-counter submission freezer.

Sample Storage

The core will keep samples and libraries for three months after we run them. If you would like to have your remaining sample/library returned, please ask. After three months, extra sample/library will be discarded.
