1\. Consult with Core Staff to pick the best Prep Type for your project

2\. Complete an online sample submission [here](https://bauer-minilims.rc.fas.harvard.edu/minilims/plugins/Core/make_form.php?type=Reagent_Request&name=new).

3\. Place samples in a provided zip-top bag with a completed submission slip.

4\. Log your sample drop-off on the paper log.

5\. Place the bag into the “sequencing drop-off" submission freezer in the hall.

**Turnaround Times:**

- Library Prep & Sequencing: Library prep is 4 weeks after samples pass our pre-prep QC which can take up to 2 weeks. Sequencing is an additional 2 weeks. [Email us](mailto:illumina_submission-list@lists.fas.harvard.edu) if you'd like a better estimate.
- Sequencing Only: 2 weeks.
