- Calendars are **open two weeks in advance** for all instruments
- **Staff-run** cell sorting reservations are considered provisional and **require staff confirmation**

- **Cancellations** must be made at least **6 hours prior**  **for cell sorters**, and **2 hours prior for analyzers** to avoid usage fees

##  To submit samples for cell sorting, please provide the following 

- Samples in 5mL FACS tubes, Eppendorf tubes, or 15mL Falcon tubes
- Samples filtered (70um minimum) and resuspended in PBS, media, or FACs Buffer
- Samples concentrated to 10 million cells per mL
- Collection tubes/plates (5mL FACS tubes, Eppendorf tubes, or 15mL Falcon tubes) with media or lysis buffer

 Cell sorting rates are dependent on the concentration of the sample and the flow rate. The Core can sort ~1mL of the sample every 15 minutes.
