Individual cells can differ by size, protein levels, and expressed mRNA transcripts, even within nominally homogeneous cell populations. The Bauer Core supports both 10x Genomics and plate-based SMART-seq v4 technologies to facilitate single-cell studies. See the table below for a comparison of each RNA workflow.
