Harvard Bauer Core: LockBox LIMS
Where to Start
Use the onboarding tool at https://onboard.rc.fas.harvard.edu/onboard/ to set up accounts for anyone that will be requesting Bauer Core sequencing services or reagents.
The onboarding prompts will guide you, but to ensure you make the appropriate request and submit the correct information, you should review these slides before requesting your account.
Note that there are different processes for internal and external researchers; follow the guide appropriately. If you have any questions about this process or need assistance, please reach out.
Once you have your LockBox account, let your lab/financial admin to assign you the code(s) in the FIINE system to use for your request.
When to start
The Bauer Core will begin using LockBox for all new projects starting Monday, June 29th.
Submit any new requests through LockBox as we will be sunsetting minilims this fiscal year. Any requests sent through minilims will not be accepted after June 29th and must be submitted through LockBox.
