Q: How can I download my sequencing data?

A: Once the run is finished, a link to the demultiplexed fastq files is provided via email.

Q: How do I submit samples for sequencing?

A: See our instructions page here.

Q: I'm not sure what type of sequencing I need. What should I do?

A: Submit a Sequencing Estimate request via our Google Form. Estimates are generated within 1-2 business days.

Q: How should I transport my samples to the core?

A: EH&S has local transport guidelines.See this document for details. All samples coming through the building or locally must be in spill-proof double containment.
