Q: I am interested in library preparation services. Who should I contact?

A: Submit a Consultation Request form via our Google Form. Someone will contact you within 1-2 business days to schedule a consultation.

Q: How do I know what QC services I need for my library preparation(s)? 

A: Reference your estimate generated from your consultation. If you need the estimate updated, submit an estimate request.

Q: What if I miss the deadline but my samples are ready, can I still bring them to the core before the deadline?

A: Yes, even if you miss a deadline, it is best for the core to have your samples sooner rather than later. While your samples are in the queue for the next prep plate, it still gives us time to complete any necessary sample QC.

Q: How should I transport my samples to the core?

A: EH&S has local transport guidelines.See this document for details. All samples coming through the building or locally must be in spill-proof double containment.
