Submitting Samples for Single Cell Library Prep & Sequencing

1.  Consult with us on your project before making any requests. 
2.  Determine which single cell library preparation fits your needs. 
3.  Schedule a cell/nuclei (10x assays) or plate drop-off (Smart-Seq v4) with Core Staff.
   1. If you have not scheduled a drop-off time, please email the Bauer Core Team. 
4.  Download our form, fill in your sample information.
5. Submit your form in your minilims library prep request. (under supporting documents)
   1. Note: If you have multiple files to submit, put all docs in one folder and zip it up to upload it)
6.  If you need to cancel, please email the Bauer Core Team within 24 hours of your scheduled time.
