Submitting Samples for Single Cell Library Prep & Sequencing

1. Consult with us  
2. Schedule a 10x run date or plate drop-off with Core Staff.
   1. 10x assays: a cell prep test or nuclei isolation test is recommended before your run date
3. Download and complete our form 
4. Submit your form in minilims 
   1. Upload it under supporting documents
   2. Note: If you have multiple files to submit, put all docs in one folder and zip it up to upload it
5. If you need to cancel your run date, please email the Bauer Core Team as soon as possible.
