Our data center is down for annual maintenance this week. Data cannot be downloaded until the end of the week. Barring anything unforeseen, we expect it to be back up either Thursday afternoon or Friday.
3. Place samples in a provided zip-top bag with a completed submission slip.
4. Log your sample drop-off on the paper log.
5. Place the bag into the “sequencing drop-off" submission freezer in the hall.
Turnaround Times:
Library Prep & Sequencing: Library prep is 4 weeks after samples pass our pre-prep QC which can take up to 2 weeks. Sequencing is an additional 2 weeks. Email us if you'd like a better estimate.
Sequencing Only: 2 weeks.
